Each employee will have his own daily time sheet to record the projects’ name, tasks and duration he worked on through his working day. This will enable the HR admin to confirm how the 8 daily working hours had been spent by each team member, on which project, etc. On a broader scale, this will enable strategic decisions to be made more efficiently as they will see the amount of time spent by how many team members in each project. Accordingly see if this is according to the company’s plan for this project or it’s taking more than it’s due duration.
